Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – Heart-To-Heart

The Challenge: How can we raise awareness of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare’s growth in cardiology capabilities and build confidence in WFH’s ability to treat cardiac patients?

The Solution: By putting our KnowWHO™ process into full swing we gained an in-depth understanding of the concerns and beliefs of individuals in the local healthcare market. We then used that understanding to introduce the growing subspecialties of the Covenant Cardiology team of physicians to establish a comfort level with consumers. Compelling creative used actual doctors and copy from conversations with them. Full-page print ads established the physicians’ credentials; while half-page ads displayed them as individuals patients could relate to. A full multi-media campaign surrounded the community with print, outdoor, radio, TV and other executions that introduced the doctors and solidified the message.
