The Challenge: How can we help determine the viability of developing and manufacturing a custom toric contact lens with a more frequent replacement schedule, knowing that the new product would further erode market share of core brands and provide lower per unit profits?

The Solution: By designing and conducting extensive research and concept testing with eyecare professionals to assist in developing new product specifications and pricing scenarios. Research led to a multi-level marketing campaign for Sunsoft Multiples, including product naming, brand identity, packaging, direct mail campaigns, patient education, trade advertising, distributor sales materials, media planning/buying, fitting manuals, direct response fulfillment and web media. Multiples went on to deliver higher than forecast revenue.
