The Solution: By reminding consumers that Mercy is the regional leader providing all things that are best for babies. Together with this message, photography focused on emotional images. The campaign was direct in pointing out that Mercy is the only Level II regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Outdoor boards, newspaper advertising, and other mediums helped Mercy continue regional leadership in this service area.
