Mercy Medical Center – My Choice
The Challenge: How can we re-establish Mercy’s leadership position in a new and refreshing light that will rally the internal staff?
The Solution: By creating the “Choose the Leader” campaign which focused on strong claims and facts that solidified Mercy’s leadership position in the market. The new direction was launched internally, lead by the hospital CEO doing around the clock “Town Hall” meetings with the staff. The meetings provided poignant insights about the campaign in an ice cream social format where shirts were distributed. Virtually all hospital and medical staff partook in the meetings. All materials were integrated – from internal banners to t-shirts to table tents – increasing the confidence of the entire organization.
