Anvil Knitwear – 3-1-1 Launch
The Challenge: How can we successfully launch a special promotion where three styles of T-shirts that are traditionally higher priced, from both Anvil and competitors, are all available only from Anvil at the same value price?
The Solution: By producing an award winning creative concept called the 3-1-1 Ladies Line Promotion (which translates into 3 styles, 1 price, 1 place) Hult created demand for the products.
There was overwhelming response from the distribution channel and customers alike. Based on the success of the promotion Anvil increased the number of SKU numbers and colors that are included in this promotion.
Hult and Anvil both achieved accolades by winning at the 2008 Creative Excellence in Business Advertising (CEBA) awards with this promotion.
