The Challenge: How can we increase usage of Wheaton Franciscan/Covenant primary care physicians?

The Solution: By showcasing physicians as neighbors you trust with your life. The photography used to create newspaper, local magazine, outdoor and TV advertising was warm and inviting; positioning physicians as friendly and approachable. Copy reinforced the credentials of the physicians, the size of the healthcare network and the convenient access to these “friends” next door. Combined, these elements improved awareness and, ultimately, drove more consumers to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare primary care physicians.
